Design strength
Our in-house team of approximately 30 experienced engineers is constantly developing newer and better bearing products. The most advanced computer design (CAD) systems are utilized to incorporate our requirements. Our ratio of R&D investment is much higher than average companies in the industry.

Quality control
Some of our QC instruments and meters are imported from Germany and Japan, we inspect every item with Talyrond roundness testing instruments before packaging. Our team also perform noise and vibration tests as well as radial and axial clearance inspections. We have 9001:2000; QS-9000 and VDA 6.1 certifications.

Procedures/Testing details 
- All raw materials and components are subject to rigit metallurgical tests and only qualified materials are used.
- All components are processed in every manufacturing stage are inspected and tested strictly.
- All our components are cleaned after grinding, and all the finished products are cleaned and dried several times.
- 100% inspection and testing is carried out before packing, including noise and vibration testing, radial and axial clearance inspections.

Wheel bearing – are the central elements of the chassis of the vehicle, perfoming the handling and driving safety. Wheel bearings ARIRANG are produced in South Korea and in China.The plants are certified according to international quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949.

1. Inner and outer rings Raw materials: round steel with inclusions of chemical elements, non-metallic substances, carbide and other materials that meet the requirements of GB/T18254 and above is used for bearing rings manufacture. 
The quality of the ring blanks directly influences the quality and service life of the bearing.

The inner and outer rings are manufactured with electrothermal processing.

In the condition of arc degrees of accuracy, ball evenly aligned, clearance fit even, smooth rotation, without a sense block is not easy to wear and increased longevity. <>br Under the big deviation ellipse shape can't rotate smoothly, and ball fit clearance uneven, pine tight, easy to make the ball to speed up the wear ,reduce longevity.
Ovality refers to the elliptical bearing deviation, is the largest diameter and the value of minimum diameter deviation






Adopts world advanced heat treatment technology to achieve the goal of quality OE quality.
Using heat treatment equipment (continuous mesh belt furnace quenching tempering) to improve the  product quality.

Material quality control

1. Testing and analysis of material: each parcel is tested (including chemical composition analysis, firmness, microstructure etc.) to ensure products meet all necessary requirements.

2. Great attention to control of the rolling process,firmness testing, conducting metallographic studies.

3.Quality control of seals, lubricants, performance in low temperatures.




The purpose of the study:

Evaluation of durability and service life of the product under the experimental loads.

Check the compliance of design, materials, assemblage, lubrication, seal.

The level of rotation 17 mm, rolling radius 324 mm


The conditions of the study:

Experimental load: radial force: 11,2 KN, the axial force is 3.4 KN

Rotation speed: 700 turnover/min

Standard criteria: the first stage of the research is carried out within 24 hours, which is done 1,000,000 turnover, after this phase measurements of the inner ring, weight control to detect grease leakage, gaps, cracks on the internal and external flange.

24 hours product produces rotation, equal to the distance of 7,200 km, with the temperature reaching 59 degrees Celsius. No displacement, cracking,  the gap increased for permissible 0,001 mm revealed at the inner ring.


The conditions of the study:

Experimental load: radial force: 15КН, the axial force of 12.04 KN

The second stage of the experiment is carried out for 160 hours, then the testing is performed and measurements of the inner ring, weight control to detect grease leakage, gaps, cracks on the internal and external flange.

According to the study, after 160 hours the product rotated for 50 000 km, with temperature reaching 83 degrees Celsius, the inner ring has not revealed any sign of  displacement, cracking, blacklash , bearing gap has increased for 0.002 mm, no quality problems has revealed.
